Street pilot C310- ordinance survey readings

PLEASE advise is it possible that my C310 can read ordinace survey numbers ?

and

can i download new voices ?

Voices:-

The only voices you can download will be offered to you when you do an update of the unit using GARMIN's WebUpdater software (search their site for a copy of you don't have one).

As for Ordnance Survey Grid References:

If it can do it then the option will be given when you are planning a route. On units that support this; one of the destination options is Co-ordinates and OSGB would appear in there. I haven't direct experience of the StreetPilot units - but the above is true of the nuvi units offering this feature.
