Hi All,

Perhaps slightly OT to the UK speed ( I mean safety ) cameras, but I have been trying to figure out what different types of Eurocams there are, and what ones I need to be more aware of and allow more of a warning distance for ( like mobiles ) when driving to Spain.

e.g ive heard of ZD ( Danger zones? ) and RFR ( Red Fire? ).
What they actually are i have no idea!

Any suggestions to which ones i can compare to being a static gatso type one, to a mobile style one etc??

Do these only `snap` you when you are right next to them like gatos or do they have a distance they can detect you when your far in the distance approaching etc?

RFR - Radar Fixed Rouge (red) so (static) redlight camera
