Does anyone have one of these default menus for TT7?

As long as there is no tomtom.mnu file in the SDKRegistry folder the device will display the normal menu, running a custom menu will cause the map share and helpme icons to disapear - Mike |

AFAIK the normal TomTom menu builders available from the likes of Skux will work fine with the TTN7 application, but you will not be able to make entries in the menu text for HelpMe, MapShare etc as these functions are not accessed by the normal menu commands, this is exactly the same with the Navcore 7 and 8 versions employed on the Go and One PNA devices.
If you do find a way to access the newer functions via a custom menu please let us know how as this would be of benefit to quite a few users, but I susspect you will end up with a custom menu devoid of the newer features - Mike |
