TomTom Live Services on my GO 940 LIVE now working! Hooray!!

Hello everyone

do this and let me know if this fixes your problem, it worked for me and i now have LIVE SERVICES!!

after phoning TomTom up, they emailed me and advised me to do this

go into change preferences and reset factory settings, then re-boot the unit until you get onto the screen when the cars just sitting there waiting for you to naviagte to wherever

then press and hold the on/off button for 20 seconds until it reboots

try this and then see if it works, it did for me
