Where to put Speed Camera & POI Database in Navigator 7

Where do I put POI and the Speed Camera database in Navigator 7?

The files go in the map folder, the map folder being the folder for your map i.e. UnitedKingdom&Ireland or Sweden or Western_Europe etc
