Hi all
I hope someone can help
I have tried to download the zip file for the speed camera database to my iMac, but I cannot download the full zip file as I get an error message saying compression failed.
If I try to extract the file that has been downloaded or saved to my desktop, I get the message unable to archive (Error 1- operation not permitted)
I'm currently using Safari browser and Leopard operating system.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated |

There are a number of Mac users here, so there's usually somebody who can help.
This is a know problem with and it looks like you missed the notice on the download page.
You need to download Stuffit Expander (a FREE download), which will extract the files for you.
Download Stuffit Expander using the link above and install it. Then, 'right-click' (CTRL-click) on the xxxxx.zip folder and select "Open With", then click Stuffit Expander.
This should work every time. _________________ Andy

No problem, that's what we're here for.
Stuffit Expander used to be included in the OS, so it's second nature for the likes of me to use it. _________________ Andy
