Which Sat Nav covers UK to Moldova/East europe?

Hello all - trying to help a friend at work. He has seen my TT One and that was enough to impress (after my years with a PDA I have to say I am impressed too!). Anyway, he loves driving and drives from the UK to Moldova and surrounding countries each year. He would like a good quality satnav with traffic receiver that covers this route preferably without loading new maps en route. TT would be preferable and hopefully sub-200 pounds?
