Hi i have just joined pocket gps world but for some reason the 19.00 payment has been take out two times can you please arrange a refund or tell me how to get this sorted

Just a note to say I have received and responded to your email.

In the case of NoChex, we have had a few occasions where subscribers appear to have paid twice but where we have only received a single payment.

In such cases there is little we can do personally, our account has been credited once only and so if payment has indeed been taken twice your best course of action is to raise the matter with your card provider and or NoChex via their shopper support help system.

I know this may sound as if we are washing our hands of the problem but as NoChex are the Merchant they will not discuss individual cases such as this with us, only the customer. On the odd occasion where we have received two payments in error it is much simpler as I can process an immediate refund of the overpayment. Sadly this is not the case here.
