Newby to site & POI's - Problem

Hi I

Have a Garmin Nuvi 310 and am using the the Garmin POI loader software.

However when I down load any of the POI's in Zip form and then Unzip to a folder the POI loader software is saying the files have no .csv or .gsp name extension and no data files. I have used another site which is fine.

What's going on?

Are you selecting Other(CSV), at the top of the page, or are you leaving it at the default of TomTom?

If you use Refresh you will have to reselect Other(CSV).
