Cannot download from computer

Every time I try to download new Camera sites, etc onto my GPS from my computer, I get the following message: You are not connected to the Internet. I checked several times to make sure I am connected to the Internet, but still I get the same message. So far I have been unable to download any new updates, etc.

Which camera sites are you trying to download? The ones from this website, from TomTom, or from somewhere else?
