What satnav to replace Garmin i3?

I've had my i3 for 3 years now, it's been very good to be honest but I'm finding it's out of date and some roads are not on it now. I also want something a bit quicker for finding sats and entering addreses. Currently I have mine mounted on a centre vent Brodit mount and because it has a ball joint mount it's easily directed at my seating position.

I'm changing my car in the next two months to a VW Jetta and want to get a new satnav unit around the same time. I want seomthing that I can mount in the same way and that is directional and not fixed at the one angle, I also want something a bit easier to use in relation to entering postcodes, as the scroll wheel of the i3 is very slow!

Any suggestions on a replacement for my i3 that meets my requirements? What about mounting options, any ideas? Brodit again?
