A work colleague has just bought an S90i, and has paired this with his Nokia N95 mobile. The option to transfer the phonebook has been ticked, but the names and numbers do not transfer over.
I assume this is a compatibility issue with the phone. Is there a way of manually creating a phone book on the PC, then transferring it ? If so, what type of file is it, what format do the entries take and where should the file be saved on the device.
Sorry to ask so many questions in one go, but have never even seen the device and will have to explain any responses here, to him.

Just a quick thought on this. Nokias can have the phone book on SIM or in memory with the latter providing the best facilities, i.e. a proper name and address database rather than a very limited name and number if held on the SIM. If this is what your colleague has done then try creating an entry in memory and see if that will work with the S90i.

Thanks, will try that. I know absolutely nothing about how Navman products work as I am a Tom Tom user. _________________ Tommo...
