Hi
I am a new user - just subscribed so I don't know whether I am doing this
correctly so hear goes.
In have the MD95000 and have installed the latest Nav N Go iGO 8 and would now like to install speed camera database for Europe.
Could you point me in the right direction. Do I have to download POI Warner and, if so, which one?
Many thanks

No you need the latest safety cameras from PGPSW for iGO. It is a text file that you just drop into the: iGO8/content/speedcam folder.
Next time you start the nav it will convert the file so that it will work.
You need to then go into: Settings - Warnings - Speed Camera Warning.
Tick the box and then tap the: Speed Camera Settings, then select what warnings you want.
Note: I have found that about 10-15% of the warnings are set for the wrong direction of travel. You can tap on them in map/nav mode, then edit them.
Oh, to the forums. |

Just had another thought
If you have a lot of programs on the Medion, check that you have enough memory available to run iGO. I find it needs a about 25MB to calculate longer trips - as iGO will say out of memory.
You can check and set the memory on the Medion - Start - Settings - System - Memory. Just move the slider so that you have about 25-28MB Free for Programs - readout on the right below the slider. |

Hi
Thanks for quick reply. Have done as you suggested. All goes well
except where do I find the iGO8/content/speedcam folder? Maybe I
am a bit thick? Many thanks
