|

I recently download some POI from TomTom, but when I tried to convert them from .ov2 to .csv for my Navman, POI Edit 2007-1, and some other programs, but they don't recognise the file format.
Has the ov2 format changed for the new TomTom's ? Can anyone help ? |

In POIEdit do you use Save as .. and change the File Type to Navman csv Type?
If you do, does it actually create a csv File?
If it does, have you tried opening it with Notepad?
Can you tell us the first 3 or 4 lines?
Which File Format is your Navman looking for? _________________ Richard

Are there some "advanced" OV2 files that POIEdit can't handle? _________________ Jock

Yes any that don't conform to the standard file definition or have extra info such as TomTom's encrypted .ov2's for example. _________________ Darren Griffin |
