|
|
Hello.....I have just downloaded the speed zone database unzipped and extracted the files to my PC for my TomTom One but it is missing two files which are pocket uk specs tba and pocket uk gatso tba.
Can anyone tell me why these files are missing after the download to my PC
Thanks.

The Files are only generated if there is something to put in them.
No camera(s), no file. _________________ Richard

Should actually be "No camera(s), no file. " because if these files do have cameras in them in the next issue you won't be very likely to remember to add warnings for them. |

Actually.... as the settings for warnings are saved in the MapSettings.cfg file I'm pretty certain they aren't lost just because the actual files are not there one time.
So it's not a problem |

How about if your first download doesn't include those files? _________________ Anita

Ahh, This may explain where I went wrong. A few weeks ago I created a set of Pmobile .ogg files a while back for the zoned set I had downloaded, and recently found I had omitted TBA and Variable sound files.
Anita, IIRC you were interested in these, Darren has updated the Liz2 Pmobiles, so you may wanna check. |

This is an issue we are looking at, we may have to generate a null entry file when there are no cameras to resolve this. _________________ Darren Griffin |

What a memory!
I was following this thread and downloaded them within half an hour of Darren updating them, but I might have missed it so thanks for the heads up, and for creating the files. _________________ Anita

We now have a solution we will implement from the next release top resolve the missing TBA files in some releases. _________________ Darren Griffin |

"empty" SPECS:TBA and GATSO:TBA files should now be included in downloads as of next release.
were there any other files causing issues?
