|
|
On the 7th May I bought my wife a TT One 3rd Edition (the explore pack).
On the 3rd June I connected it to the PC for the first time and chose 'Latest Map Guarantee'.
Instead of downloading and installing the (by then released) v7.20 maps, TT Home only downloaded and installed v7.15.
I emailed TT that night (including a scan of the invoice), asking them to make the v7.20 maps available.
I then received a response asking me to provide them with the serial no and a scan of the LMG leaflet (despite Home no longer needing it). They said that v7.20 maps would be assigned.
The status of my question then turned to 'Research'.
It has stayed that way now for over three weeks. I prompted them on the 10th, but have still had no joy.
Are they completely incompetent?

I agree Tomtom are completely incompetent with no customer service. _________________ GO 750 LIVE v9.430 - v8.753612 EU map

Thinking that another update to the online ticket was pointless, I rang TT late this afternoon.
After a chat with Owen at TT - success!
My wife now has v7.20 maps.
