Only the Go x30, x20, One XL and One Third Edition devices have the Navcore 8 software option, this was removed from the download server shortly after release though so no one has it available to them if they failed to grab it while it was present! - Mike |

Hi Mike, are you saying madasscivic and I will never be able to update to navcore 8, or just not yet, as they haven't done it yet, or do we have ONE's that are too old, and they won't do it, Thanks. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav |

TomTom have an excellent record for backwards compatible upgrades across the range of devices they have offered over the years, so I would sit tight and wait, there is no guarantee that the update will be made available, but past history has dictated it will happen at some future point.
You should also bear in mind that a new update to the software often requires a user to purchase new maps to make full use of the new functionality, so there is a financial incentive to the supplier to make the updates available to all older devices - Mike |
