Its been some weeks/months since we've received any well tested updates from our friends at TomTom, we must be in for a surprise shortly.
Maybe a fix to the existing TMC issues, HD traffic release or maybe V8 upgrade for x10 & x20 users.
Do any of the mods have any inside information, I predict that there will be a big news story Monday or Tuesday next week, TomTom Navigator V8 for the iPhone..... |

If they had any 'insider' info (which I doubt) then they would be under a NDA!

I do believe they are all busily working night and day to finish the new map they promised I would receive at the end of April as my reward for beta testing a map in February. I was SURE they said this April (2008). I THINK they said this April (2008). I probably got it wrong - I'm old. 
PS - I don't have any idea if they've got anything for us. The February beta testing has been my sole involvement.

 Your not saying that they are still finishing the maps that are being sold with the new x30 range are you ! ! ! ! |

I'm surprised you feel it's been that long because it only seems like a few weeks since the x30 range was launched in the UK. Also, v7.20 and v8.05 maps have been released in the recent past.
What exactly is it that you're hoping for? News that your device will do "what it says on the tin" (including the traffic feature)?
