Have been changing/adding speeds to local roads for the only reason that I can (and of course as a reminder to me and others etc).

Some speeds seem to be "changed" wrong.

Put in 20, shows as 19
So put in 21, shows as 21

Put in 50, shows as 49
Put in 51, shows as 50

Put in 30, shows as 29
Put in 31, shows as 31.

Had to change to km/h and back again to get the right speed in.

Anyone else noticed this

(will only be on x30 devices as mapshare can change road speed dynamically)

Steve

I had noticed a road (can't remember where) that the 730 said had a 49 MPH limit, but the signs said 50. There is a street I know where the limit IS 19 MPH, so I suppose I should put that one on mapshare.

So I bet that someone has mapshared that and you have downloaded it.

It is something to do with conversion between km/h and mp/h. If i change the km/h to the correct speed then this works, ie change a 30mph to a 49kmh and it shows as 30mph but entering 30mph or 31mph shows 29 and 31 respectivly.

So, if anyone changes a speed on a road, do a quick demo route to see if its the right speed before submitting!
