In Change Preferences on page 6 of 7, use Set Owner to delete your details. _________________ Richard

Depending on how well you know the buyer, you may want to change your "Home" location as well. (Put it on random High St in another city etc) _________________ Gerry

Deleting the MapSettings.cfg file (there's one in EACH map folder you have) will get rid of your Home location, your Favourites and your Recent Destinations. A new, blank version should be generated by the TomTom when you re-boot.
Don't forget to delete any POI categories you might have added too. |

when I sold my old PDA/TTN6 setup I also changed my email address to the the buyer's on TT's website & gave him a temporary password (having first set up a new account so i could use my own account for the new device) then he was able to take over the TT account from me. _________________ TT Go Essential |
