HELP REQUIRED GARMIN ZUMO 550 PLEASE

Hi folks

New to this sat nav game. I am trying to download some additional POI's to my Garmin Zumo 550.

I get the zipped files to my SD card 'F' drive on my pc, but when I try to open the folder it keeps coming up with 'Please insert the last disk of the multi-volume set and click ok to continue'??? There appears to be nothing on the Garmin screens either.

Have downloaded the POI loader and webupdater programs but am stumped now. Can anyone help??

Can you copy the zipped files to the PC? The extract them to a folder again on your PC. What is the file extension for the unzipped POI files?

Assuming these are the correct format for Garmin, launch POILoader, point it at the folder containing the unzipped files and follow the prompts.

Corrupt .zip file, what is it and where did ti come from?

It shouldn't be it came off this website. Yes, I have had several attempts at down loading small numbers of POI's from this site but always end up the same.

Have you tried re-downloading and following the help tips i.e. clicking the direct link, reducing the number of categories etc?
