Custom pois on garmin 760

The pois on my new 760 are pretty impressive and one great feature is the ability to find a restaurant and ring at the touch of a finger. Is it possible to add pois with the same facility manually? Is there are Good Pub Guide list available to download?

Sorry I've just realised how the poi section works and seen the dining pubs bit. How much can I download to my 760 without it crashing?

I have a few thousand extra. Rest Areas, speed cameras, all Lowes and Home depot locations, etc.
