Hi,
Apologies if this has been covered before...I've had a search but it's difficult without knowing the correct heading.
For whatever reason, my TT is telling me that it can't connect to the 6230i.
It's been fine in the past, incidentally.
I've done what I think is the obvious..
1) Resetting the TT
2) Resetting the phone
3) Checking that I've still got GPRS capability on the phone
4) Checking that the bluetooth is working...
I'm a bit stuck..any pointers pls?
Many Thanks

Have you tried deleting the phone from the tomtom and then setting up the connection again? |

That was to be my next move...seems strange that all other functions are ok though...
Thx

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I lost the service on return from a trip between Canterbury and Gosport. (I had a TT1 ver 1). I was never able to restore it.
When I bought a new TT730 over a year later, I managed to get the connection working again without any problems.
I was using an Orange PAYG sim. I also bought a new sim card as its the same price as recharging it, and I only use this phone for the traffic info. _________________ Regards
