Can any one tell me if there is a compatible download for my
Median Go Pal, PNA460T MD96098 please.

We do indeed but to use custom POIs such as our camera database on this unit you need to buy and install POIWarner, a third party plug-in that 'enables' this functionality.

It costs Euro 29,90 and is available here.

Once you have that installed you can use our database.
