I picked up a TomTom Go 510-710-910 lead, as it had the same fitting as the 920 T.
I am using an iPod 80GB Video, with 23,000 songs.
I have run the ipod control app, but I just get the messaage
"Please connect your ipod to your tomtom go 920 to continue.
That's been on for about an hour now, and there's been no connection, or data transfer of any kind.
Did I buy the wrong lead? or have I done something else daft?
Thanks,
Colette |

Fixed it.
I made a schoolboy error - the jack that goes in the socket makes 2 clicks as you seat it.
I stopped after the 1st click.....doh!
Everything's fine now...-phew!

Do you happen to know what type of lead I need to connect my iPod 60GB video to my Tom Tom 720. Where did you buy your lead?
