Any tips for importing trips into CP7?

Hi again, I'm full of questions it seems....

I'd like to be able to download kml or gpx files, and somehow import them into CP7 as a trip. I've tried GPS bable, but nothing obvious stood out.

Any tips or tricks in this? It would be great, as I could then use the files from a lot of "best roads" type sites, and quickly get them into CP.
