Hi,
I have tried searching for an answer, but i get so many hits i thought it best to ask. I have installed the camera database into the map folder of my Tomtom version 6. I have recently upgraded from version 5 and all was well then. The camera's are not showing in the window with the other POI's. Any help in how i might get them working would be greatly appreciated. |

How many OV2 Files have you got in the Map Folder? In V6 there is a maximum of 100.
Are the Camera OV2 Files in a sub-Folder within the Map Folder? How did you install the Camera Files.
Do you have more than one Map/Map Folder? Have you copied them to the right Map.
I'm assuming you have a PDA. _________________ Richard

Thanks Richard,
My map folder was full of useless POI's. I thinned them out and hey presto the speed camera's appeared. I could not work out why it was only the speed camera ones that were missing, but in hindsight i think there were loads that were not displayed but it was curious that they were missing and there were others that went passed them alphabetically.
Anyway thanks,

There doesn't seem to be any logic as to which categories it misses out. Certainly it's not alphabetical or the last ones added. |
