Garmin - New Range - Any details?

Hello

Appologies if there is an existing post, but i cannot find one.

Recently I had my Nuvi310 stolen and my insurance company offered 190 quid to replace it, pretty happy with that, decided a good time for an upgrade.

Looked at Tom Tom 720 (170 quid) and Nuvi 760 (270 quid). The TT seemed ideal but i just couldnt get used to the map, altho all the features were advanced for the price, the map just looks so ugly and unclear to me.. garmin certainly looked far shaper.. but its 100 quid more....

the guy at halfords said there was a new range from Garmin coming out at the start of april and the 760 price should drop quite a bit... i cant seem to find any info on the new range. Anyone got any firm details on this? release date? price? features etc?

All I can find is this article which is quite old now (JAN) - must be something newer?

the 2x5 and 850 should be out around april / may. the 850 is the 'flagship' model with full voice activated menu's etc.

there is also the 'budget' 2x5 range coming at the same time.
