When you run POILoader the first thing it does is wipe out all your POIs. Then it loads the new ones. If POILoader reports that it loaded the POIs successfully then it worked.
As long as you put the new database into the POILoader folder and then upload that with POILoader and it states the POIs were loaded successfully, you can assume it's loaded.
Not sure of any other way to prove it really.
Edit: Another way would be to use the latest version of POILoader, use it to Delete All Existing POIs, check the Database has gone and then upload the new one. As long as you put the newest database in the POILoader upload folder then it'll be fine. |
