I think you can really judge a company on its service when things go wrong !!
I ordered a tomtom 520 active holder , mini move clips, and pro clip recently when my order arrived the Tomtom active holder cigarette lighter connection did not connect properly in the cigarette holder .
I phoned DSL on Monday and spoke to Pat he said return it and they will send out a replacement which I did!!!

On Wednesday the new active mount turned up !!!there was no fuss about it they just replaced it
I phoned today to thank them and the lady I spoke too in the office who had been extremely helpful at all times said she would refund the postage for the faulty item

I would have no hesitation in recommending DSL to any other customer

They have always been a good company to deal with, wouldn't go anywhere else for Mounts, Holders etc.

Totally agree. I used DSL Developments recently to order a Brodit proclip and Nuvi 760 mount. Very polite and excellent service.
