car mount help

need some advice guys on which mount to get for the car

i already have a windscreen mount and a vent mount but the windscreen mount leaves circles everywhere and the vent mount is not adjustable , it just faces forward

i dont mind if its permanent and i would like also to be able to charge and hear through the car speakers the messages from the ipaq , as well as tilt and adjust its position

i have seen the reviews but to be honest there are so many , i didnt want to end up with the wrong one

so some guidance from someone already using a mount thats good and fits the above criteria would be handy

the car is a vauxhall astra , couple years old and the ipaq is a 3630
