Hello all. I have recently purchased the above. I have installed Tomtom on my PDA, but when I connect the GPS reciever to the IPAQ nothing happens. Now both units are running off a seperate power source. I have been unable to find any install instructions of any kind, but I have read somewhere that no installation is required for the GPS system. Is this correct and what am I doing wrong?????

Many thanks

Mike

I bet you have installed external keyboard?
This went back a couple of years and has come up from time to time.
Disable your keyboard driver and you should be able to use the GPS.

If that is not the case, have you configured Tom Tom correct;y?
You can use Tom Tom GPS or NMEA, and Com1, it must be com 1.

Why are they running off separate power source?
There is only one power feeding both GPS and Ipaq.
