I am trying to install brand new version of Navigator 6. Got an activation code from ttcode.com. Device code is shown as ***** *****. Activation code from website is ***** ***** *****. My product code is ***** ***** *****
When I enter the manual activation code given above, I get the following message: Sorry this is not the correct activation code for the product UK_and_IE_plus_major_roads_of_WE
Product code came from: handtec with the software on Micro SD card with SD adapter (only came today)
Device Code: appeared on the software/PPC during the activation process
Activation code: was generated by entering the above information on the ttcode.com web site.
I have tried everything to overcome this problem including hard reset of my PPC (HP iPAQ2110), removing programmes etc, but every time I repeat the process I get the same error message: "Sorry this is not the correct activation code for the product UK_and_IE_plus_major_roads_of_WE"
My HP iPAQ was previously running some sort of version of TTN6 WE before I got it.
I have tried to contact TomTom's support site and have been e-mailed a response time of 48hrs. I have also tried to contact handtec using their "Live online response" (nobody there!!! so sent e-mail).
Then a stroke of "genius" I am a subscriber to Pocketgpsworld.com, so hence this desperate request for help from this forum.....
Can't seem to find answers to this problem anywhere, Please help asap

Have you tried entring the activation code without spaces? - thay are usually just laid out like that to make them easier to read. |

Aside from double checking you have entered the correct details on TTCode.com and that you have input them correctly in TomTom Navigator there is little we can add I'm afraid. You'll have to await TomTom or call their support line?
