What's my best option for software?

My company just gave me a Pharos 535e Pocket PC. It uses Windows Mobile version 5.0, and has GPS but did not come with any navigation software.

Pharos pimps the Ostia navigation software, but is this my only or best option?
I'd like to be able to have a unit that will give me voiced directions and plenty of points of interest.
What's my best option?
