I have an HP H6340 running fine with TTN5. However I would like to upgrade to TTN6. Has anybody managed to successfully run this on an H6340 please (the TT website does not lists it as a compatable product).
thanks in adavance for any help you can give _________________ Peter

Not had any answers on this one yet, so can I assume that the answer is no ?
Would like to hear from anybody who tried this - even if it is only to confirm that it can't be done. _________________ Peter

Peter there was some mention about a minimum processor speed required to run TTN6 if I remember it was 300MHz, but this figure seems to have disapeared.
The big problem for you is that if it won't work you have wasted cash because TT will refuse to help as the device isn't on their list of acceptable devices (for what that list is worth though I wouldn't pay too much attention to it) - Mike |

If it helps TTN6 runs fine on my old iPAQ 1940. I don't know how its spec compares with your HP but it's probably worth a try. I was able to upgrade from TTN5 to TTN6 free but I don't know if that offer is still available from TomTom.
Incidentally, I have even been able to get some support from Tomtom for this iPAQ. _________________ TT Go Essential |
