I can find the poi on my 720 but dont know how to get the details eit logititue etc of to put it on the submission page

Tap the "Submit single camera Information" bar where it says "show", to get the details screen up. Then zoom into the map and pick out the same location as your POI. Tap the "Update co-ordinates..." button to fill in that bit of the details and then fill the rest in.
It's better doing it this way that just sending a POI file as you can give direction details and most importantly a description of where they were parked etc for a verifier to check out. _________________ Gerry

Tap Done and at the bottom of the Browse Map the co-ordinates will show for wherever the Blue Cursor is.
Just Tap the POI and there you have it. _________________ Richard

When you want to mark a new camera position, are you using Add POI / GPS Position (on the second page)?
The GPS Position option marks your exact location when you tap the screen, no need to worry about co-ordinates until you get home, and then you use Oldboy's method to read them off the map.
Also, when you are on the road, you could save the GPS position as a Favourite instead (less button presses, especially if you have "Save Favourite" as your Quickmenu). |
