Just got 970T and very pleased with all the functions if only they would all work! Getting the unit set up on Vista was a nightmare and I still have to reset and switch on/off numerous times before it recognises it. (I appreciate all the posts which helped me with this)

I am now using V7 software with the update to 7.03 installed

I have a Nokia N95 with the latest update (which is supposted to be supported) and while the 970 regonises the phone and pairs on bluetooth ok, the GPRS fails everytime, same thing with copying the phone contacts over.

Has anybody got the GPRS to work?

Try a hard reset (from content manager). This worked for my Sony W910i.

I know it did work when I tested an N95 we had on loan at work.

Thanks for the reply, Tried a hard reset and have reinstalled content manager etc. Still seems to be a problem getting GPRS to work

The N95 is on contract and can connect onto the web on GPRS itself, its only when I try with the 970T via bluetooth that it fails. I have activated the software through the web site and sync'd this but it made no differance

An other suggestions would be appreciated

I use my 970T with N95 daily. GPRS works fine. (Weather updates and Fixed Camera downloads) I dont recall doing anything special to get it to work. Just followed the instrcutions. Sorry Sad

Couldn't get the phone contacts to sync at all though (Tried a MS Smartphone also and that failed.. Samsung d900i had partial success... but random bad characters in the names!)

Resigned myself to creating the most needed contacts by hand.. especially when I found out only the first 99 contacts are synced if you use phone contact syncing.
