|

Hi,
My old P350 screen broke and was told that they have been discontinued when I went to buy a new PDA, ready for the new Mitac Mio P360 system due out soon. I was told this in November, and still waiting desperately to buy one.
I have tried emailing Mitac and a couple of GPS retailers, but have not heard a dickie bird back
Does anyone out there have any insider knowledge on a predicted debut date?
Thanks

Should not the lack of replies from Mio tell you something about their after sales service etc.?
They have got a lot of bad press both here and other forums. |

I have to agree with that - reluctantly.
The products are first class - other makers have yet to catch up in some respects - but they seem to be interested only in selling new products, without supporting existing customers.
Such a shame. |

Thanks Terry, I've just seen a P360 for £190. However, I got fed up waiting and bought an "as new" P550 for less than the P360, so happy again now.

Thanks jellybelly,
The prices seem to be fixed anyway (at the moment)
