Tomtom 2 and ppc2003 and bluetooth VERY ANNOYING problem!!!!

When I start TTN 2.24 on my iPAQ 3870 with rom upgrade running WM 2003 the bluetooth manager shows up and asks me what bluetooth device to select (i have an emtac bluetooth gps).
It is rather anoying if you only quickly want to look up a street...
Plus, if my bluetooth gps is not powered on (if i just want to look at a map once in a while) this stupid program pops up, and tries to look for my emtac indefinitely. When i cancel the search, it goes back to tomtom, sends me an error ("BTTRAYCE": bluetooth couldn't correctly initialized) and then instantly the bluetooth console gps search app reappears in an infinite loop.
Anyone know how to switch this feature off ? Is an update (TT or MS ?)
required ?
With PPC 2002, the bluetooth connection was seamless, now with WM2003 i always have to go through the bletooth console even when i don't want to use the gps.
