I hope not. Like the Tax Disc cameras - can't think of any valid reason you should be wanting to avoid these.
Besides many buses carry cameras themselves. |

Except that some are, some aren't...night time..raining..."is this one covered or not?"....some are all day...some are Mon/Fri...some are up to 10am..and so it goes on...just a 'variable' warning could make a difference to try and double check. |

I think this topic has already been discussed to death in other threads. |

No, it HAS been resolved. There won't be a bus lane camera category and neither will there be an ANPR camera category

As MaFt says it has been discussed and PGPSW have decided against producing a database.
Personally, I agree with the decision because there are so many bus lane cameras (in London at least) that there is near blanket enforcement. It would be easier to create a database of the bus lanes which DON'T have cameras.

Well, it's a £100 fine so I can think of 100 good reasons for avoiding them! As for never driving in bus lanes, the same could be said about speeding.
I drive in bus lanes whenever I legally can (ie, outside the operating hours of the bus lane). I think something that would be useful is a program to run on your sat nav unit to remind you of certain times of the day when bus lanes operate, ie 7am, 10am, 4pm and 7pm. I often see people not using bus lanes outside of their operating hours because a genuine mistake is quite costly.
On the bike it's a different story. Bus lanes are fair game since most of the cameras are front facing and I never ride in front of buses so I don't get caught. _________________ Gone fishing! |

In aberdeen there are a hell of a lot of the bus lane cameras in the database as GATSO for some reason.
Should I get a list of them all so they can be deleted? |

Submit them for removal on this page
Scroll down to the yellow Expand for Single Camera Input and click the [+] to expand the box. Set action to Remove Camera and enter details.
You'll need at least the name of the camera. Usually in the format GATSO:12345@40 etc |
