Can't get thru on help line - on- line help doesn't work - any ideas? When I look at get new maps - it says US and Guam are there. But message is no maps found Sad

Try the Clear Flash Utility.

I do not have a flash card installed. Does this matter and do I need one to operate? Sorry - Im a newby and can't reach the help line or website.
