Nope. It is a permanent fixture in v7 as it always has been in earlier versions. _________________ Darren Griffin |

could it be that it's now bigger, in a different location or orientation?
I tried a few combinations of what I display such as speed etc until I was happy with the layout. The signal strength bars do change in location etc based on what else it has to squeeze into the area. |

I'm not sure, on the 910 pre v7 it was always at the bottom right of the screen. With v7 you can now have the status bar displayed vertically which may be the issue?
Either way, the signal strength bars are a permanent feature (at the moment!). _________________ Darren Griffin |

Darren, That's what I'm saying about my 910. Even pre latest release, you could affect it's orientation etc depending on what display options you selected. |

How though? The status bar couldn't be moved and even messing about with what info was on the status bar didn't significantly affect the size of the GPS Signal Icon as far as I can recall? _________________ Darren Griffin |

This was to make room for the additional information.
It still does the same. If you have only Current Time and Speed displayed the graphic is Vertical (and smaller). Anything else and the graphic changes to horizontal (and bigger). _________________ Richard
