|
|
Used my tomtom earlier on and it was fine, tried to turn it on this evening and it wont stay on. I have tried to reset it, but its only a soft reset, cant get it to go back to factory settings.
If i connect the unit up via the cradle and use tthome, i can use the unit perfectly, but just not when its undocked.
Any ideas? |

Can we know what software version you are using, and have you changed anything lately.
Reset to Factory Settings is found in Change Preferences. Page 7 or 7. _________________ Richard

i did upgrade the maps earlier on and it was fine but for some reason it wont power up now.
Going through tomtom home it says i have the right map of 6.75.1409 and the OS says app 7.162 (8492/040301) OS:1000
The reset option is also greyed out through tomtom home |

What happens if you leave it powered on when you safely Disconnect the 910?
You do use Device | Disconnect Device, don't you? _________________ Richard
