I have tried to install the latest version of tomtom home on my vista 64 bit business PC. When I connect my 920T via the usb dock nothing happens ie home does not start, even though I can see my tomtom 920 t in my computer and can access the folders. If I try to uninstall Home i get an error message saying setup.exe has stopped working. How can I get TomTom home to work, or uninstall it manually, before trying to reinstall. |

Can you start HOME manually?
If so, does it see the 920 then?
If it can see the 920, is HOME set to start automatically when the PC Starts?
Which version of HOME are you using? _________________ Richard

Hi Richard, firstly thanks for your response.
No Home will not start manually.
It is set to Autostart
However I can see the 920 as a separate drive and edit the contents from my computer.
I am not sure which version it is It was only downloaded on Monday.
I am pretty sure it has got something to do with the 64bit version of vista.
The main problem is that it wont even let me uninstall. When I try to it comes up with an error message saying it cant find setup.exe.
If I try to reinstall it comes up with the same error message. |

Very few programs work properly in Vista/XP 64, so I would expect that to be the cause of the problem. |
