Please go the Speed Camera submission page and submit a report reporting the removal of the camera. If you already have done this - well done! If not, please do this to improve the database for us all. _________________ Please don't be offended if I do not reply to a PM - please ask questions via the forums. |

Hi, i am new to pocketgpsworld but did have a look & it appears with a cross already so does this mean i need to disable cyclops as even though i am using the latest database cyclops had it on there before my subscription ran out. |

If you still have the Cyclops database alerts turned on, then yes, you'll need to turn them off too. _________________ Please don't be offended if I do not reply to a PM - please ask questions via the forums. |

I turned off cyclops which solved this issue but the cameras off here don't come up as fixed? when they are? why is this? as with garmin updates you are made aware you are approaching a fixed camera & not a mobile etc. |

Which database did you download? Speed Zoned, Consolidated or Single File? |

you seem to have downloaded a mixture but i'd recommmend Garmin POILoader: 'Speed Zoned' or 'Consolidated by Type'

Because that's the file format i saw when exploring the garmin unit, but i have tried a few now.Only thing i am concerned about is that some units have locked up using the updates off this site. |

correction: some units using garmin's faulty firmware have locked up when too many poi's have been loaded onto the unit from ANY source.
if you have the most recent firmware then this is no longer an issue.
