Hello, I'm new here and a Tom Tom novice.
I'm looking for some help please.
I have a 510 and have had it for around 6 months. Home version 2.1 and Windows XP
On Friday evening I purchased a new GB and Ireland map, I did this without research and only because I thought it would be an updated map and also I thought it was cheap at £29.95.
I cannot download it, every time I try I get the message "internel sever error". I have just noticed on my invoice the map version is v710.
Have Iordered the wrong version should it be v510 ?
Look forward to your help |

No, 710 is the latest map version and will work fine on your device. Probably the TomTom server is overloaded (maps are currently on a limited time offer at a substantial discount). Try again at an off-peak time (Small hours of the morning are good)

Same problem here with "Internal Server Error". TT One 3rd.
Have had TT products for some years and their support has not got better - actually the worst support I have ever seen.
This problem was reported on European forums 8 days ago! |
