Im trying to figure out a way of exporting routes, tracks or waypoints that exist in Memory Map, onto the Zumo. Primarily so that I can plan off road routes on the byways that are shown on the Ordnance Survey maps that MM uses.
Any help or tips appreciated please? |

You should be able to export them in GPX format and then import them into Mapsource which should be able upload them to the Zūmo.
I'm not sure how the Zūmo handles off road navigation though. Try making some off road routes in your local park and see if it works! _________________ Gone fishing! |

Hi there, thanks for the response. I'll try exporting to a file on the PC then and see if that works. I've tried to do it directly - but I can't get MM to recognise the Zumo via USB - MM website says it is compatible with a few other Garmins but doesnt mention the Zumo. Fingers crossed it works! Cheers |

Cool, glad I could be of service!
Does it work properly even when there are no roads on the map? _________________ Gone fishing! |

Yep, shows waypoints in the middle of Salisbury plain - and a track that i did at the weekend taken from the zumo can be overlaid and displayed - great! |

You might want to take a look at some of the offroad stuff we've been doing with map overlays on the Zumoforums site.
