Not much to go on...
Are you following the instructions HERE?
If so, at what point do you get the error message? |

You may have to change the File Type in the Files of Type: Selection List.
It may be looking for CSV Files when the download has an ASC extension. See #4 on the page in the Link above. _________________ Richard

Thanks Andy
I opened POI Editor (item No3 in instructions)
File
Open Text file
Opened file shows all the camera types ie. Gatso,Mobiles, PMobiles,Redlight,Specs & Temp.
And all the files containing the Icons for each of the above Cameras.
I have loaded up all the speed camera types to my Navman but when I select any of the Icon Files and click on open I get the following drop down box:-
"POI EDITOR
Unknown File Type."
Not sure what to do now - how would I change file extensions if that is what is required?

In respect of the above - I now notice that after extracting the Zip files and running Navman SmartSt Desktop and opening points of interest and getting as far as Note 4 All the cameras and Icon files that are shown do not have a file ext after them
i.e pocketgps_uk_gatso. (no ext is shown)
Is this my problem

It doesn't if you can tell which is a data file, and which is a BMP file.
The extension just makes it easier to recognise. _________________ Richard
