I got "Internal Server Error" for the second time today when downloading the new map. Went to the TomTom support page to search for clues, and came across THIS answer to the above question! Very helpful! _________________ Anita

Start TomTom Home and select Preferences/ Folder Preferences this will display where the actual locations are stored on the PC, as for the TomTom answer to your question - who knows what they were smoking when they typed that link!! - Mike |

Thanks, Mike.
There are 9 folders named WesternCentralEurope with a number suffix, one for each attempt at downloading the map, with the following files:
activation_map_50090.cab
map9110-1.gif
map9110.gif
Western_and_Central_Europe_2GB.zip
The zip file is 1,724,818KB in the folders for both of the attempts that appeared to finish downloading but returned the Internal Server Error.
Would you recommend extracting the files and copying them plus the other three files to the empty 4GB SD card? If so, should I add all the other files from the internal memory too?
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give. _________________ Anita
