I've searched though the forums and it appears that Mac users are not required to support the Mapshare function yet! I think Home 2 is still a beta version, any news when it gets a full release?

However did see a post mentioning that a mapshare version of home for mac is included in the HD of the 720? Can anyone else confirm this? Where do I get a copy?

Thanks.

My reply included a question mark, meaning have you tried getting it from the HD of your 720, if that's where "they" say it is included?

I have a 720, I have a MacBook, but I haven't tried jiggering my lovely MacBook by installing Home on it (I stick with my PC for that). I see there is always a program on the Tom Tom devices to install Home, so why don't you connect up and see where it takes you? Or try with the CD that comes with it even? I'm so new with Mac that I don't know if I'd give the right responses if it asked me about installing Home.

Having said which, I might just take my 720 and the CD and see what happens when I plug them in (at least I have faith the MacBook won't let anything nasty happen).

If I had a 720 I would have tried; I have a TT one V2 with map correction.

Good luck with your Macbook.
